Morning office Experience how 20 minutes can center your season. Each weekday of Advent, beginning Dec. 2 and running through Dec. 24, join Caitlyn Darnell at 8 a.m. in the Chapel for the Morning Office. If you can’t join her, but want to experiment with our prayer tradition, plug into “A Morning at the Office” podcast and have Morning Prayer in your earbuds.

Adult class Our rector will discuss the seven virtues of Christian faith at 9 a.m. Dec. 1, 15 and 22 at 9 a.m. in the Garden Room.

Giving Tree Pick a tag from the Giving Tree and help someone in need this Advent season. Tree will be in the narthex Sunday, Dec. 1.

Advent Festival Support outreach work at St. Martin's by shopping at the Advent Festival on Sunday, Dec. 8, from 9 to 10:15 a.m. and after church until 12:30. Handcrafted items, homemade baked goods, jams and jellies, frozen appetizers and cards to support St. Martin's ministries.

Holy Hike Allow nature's wonder to restore you. Join us on a Holy Hike on the afternoon of Sunday, Dec. 8. Watch the Bulletin for exact time and location, but the trail will be moderate and the company lovely.

Sandlappers Singers The Sandlapper Singers will hold their Christmas concert "Simple Gifts" in the church from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. Click HERE to order your ticket.

Youth Christmas party Middle and high school students are invited to the youth Christmas gathering on Sunday, Dec. 15, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the home of Bill, Christy, Lucy and Liam Case.

Cookie exchange Do you have a favorite cookie recipe you enjoy during the holidays? If so, let's celebrate what we know will be a wonderful Christmas Pageant with a cookie exchange afterwards on Sunday, Dec. 22, in the Parish Hall. Bring six dozen of your favorite cookie to share.

Caroling Weather permitting, we will go caroling at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15. Meet at the covered drive of The Commons.

Service of light in the darkness If the holidays are a particularly difficult time for you, consider attending our Service of Light in the Darkness, which will be held in the church at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22.

Labyrinth Enjoy quiet reflection on the baby Jesus' arrival by taking a walk along the labyrinth Monday and Tuesday of Christmas week in the Parish Hall.

Christmas services Our Christmas worship schedule is as follows: 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, Holy Eucharist with nursery. 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 24, special music by St. Martin's Adult Choir. 11 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 24, Festival Choral Eucharist. 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 25, Holy Eucharist.

Office schedule The Parish Office will be closed starting at noon Tuesday, Dec. 24, through Friday, Dec. 27, and Wednesday, Jan. 1.
