Beautiful Community

Our world is focused on ourselves, on what we think we need, on what we want, on what we desire. To live as Christ's people is to reject this type of living and to live with a focus on others entirely. It is to trust the Lord to care for our needs and seek to pursue what others need above ourselves. It is to seek others' success instead of our own. It is to desire to see others experience blessing instead of pursuing it for ourselves. To live in biblical community, we need to repent of jealousy, selfishness, and our typical self-seeking behavior in our lives.

Weekly Devotionals/Life Group Curriculum and Daily Prayers

The focus is on the Heart for Ministry & Mission at Adventure. It is a time to hear from our new Outreach Director, Jennifer Young, some of the many leaders of our different outreach contexts and Pastor CJ.

Adventure Awakens Cafe and
the Senegal Store are Open!

Adventure Awakens Cafe: On Sunday mornings the cafe opens at 9:30 and is open until service begins. It will open again after service ends. So plan to grab your coffee, energy drink, and pre-packaged food before or after service and support a good cause: our sister church in Mazatlan, Principe De Paz. There are now couches and outdoor seating available for you to enjoy as well!

Senegal Store: On Sunday mornings the Senegal Store will be open for you to shop and talk to the team all about Senegal! All of the items in the store have been lovingly selected and brought back from previous mission trips. All proceeds benefit future trips.

We hope you'll join us in our updated cafe for space to connect to each other and our global mission field.

This section is a weekly reminder that God is Good!
He is good to us every single day & we will praise His name!
Thank you to all who came for the BaseCamp Playground Hang-out!
It may not look like it from the photo, but it was a great turn out to hang out on this lovely evening! The sun was shining, the kids enjoyed some water play, groups walked the trails, teens played basketball, people from all generations checked in with each other and laughed together. It was just what a lot of us needed, an evening of low-key fun and fellowship. Enjoying the community God has woven together here at Adventure.

To spur your thoughts to God's goodness start by asking yourself these questions:
What Good have you witnessed recently?
What Good has God brought into your life?
What Good has God prompted you to do for one another?
