Top FAQs of Advisor Pro!
Q: How do I get back to the search screen?
A: Click on the “Advisor Pro” logo on the top left corner of the page to be taken back to the “search” screen.

Q: How do I open multiple quotes for the same customer at the same time (i.e. Auto and Home)?
A: After you open the first quote and it shows in the left navigation menu, click on the prospect’s name in the top left corner. This will bring you back to the Customer Summary page and under Quote History, you can select the next quote to open.

Q: Where do I order the MVR?
A: The MVR can be ordered on the bottom of the Coverage Page in the quote.

Q: Why can’t I see the Shopping Cart?
A: If you have added a product to the cart and cannot see it on the screen, try adjusting your zoom within your browser window. Click on the page button located at the top right of the browser window and change your zoom settings.

Q: How do I save my quote?
A: When exiting the transaction, click Close from the left navigation panel and select Save and Close.

Q: How do I send an eProposal?
A: To email or print the eProposal, you must first add the quote(s) to the shopping cart on the Coverage page and click Create Proposal.

Q: Where do I locate/reconcile Consumer Reports (IS, LIS, CCDB, and MVR)?
A: Additional details on the Insurance Score, LIS, CCDB, and MVR (if ordered) can be found by clicking on Consumer Reports in the left navigation menu. Here you’ll be able to reconcile any losses and declare prior insurance (if needed) by clicking View Details and Declare in the CCDB section.

Q: Why did no vehicles or drivers return in the quote?
A: The prefill data like driver and vehicle information return on the Rapport Tab. To save time and keystrokes be sure to start all new quotes in the Start Here section to utilize this information.

Q: Where do I add a mortgage/third party in the homeowner/renters application?
A: All mortgage and third-party information can be added on the first page of the application. Once you click Purchase, there will be a spot to add the information on the Pre-Contract page.
