As we get closer to summer, we are also getting closer to the start of the planning proces for the Far Southwest Area Plan to create a longterm vision for Bear Valley, College View, Fort Logan, Harvey Park South and Marston.
A plan is a policy document that city leaders and agencies use to make decisions about the area the plan covers. By taking time to share your voice, you can have a say in how your neighborhood evolves over the next twenty years. We will work with residents, business owners, local organizations and other community members.
If you are interested in helping lead the process as part of the advisory committee, don't forget to fill out the interest form! If you know a neighbor, local business or community organization who would be great advocates for the community, send them the link. Committee members will receive compensation for their time and efforts. The form will be open through the end of May.
