Listening sessions are an important opportunity to directly influence the state budget process. In-person and virtual events are welcoming environments where you’ll have the opportunity to share your name, your experience, and the importance of Raising Wisconsin’s budget asks. In the virtual session, you may be separated into smaller groups where a representative from Governor Evers’ office will take notes and provide your perspective to the Governor.
Wisconsinites also are welcome to submit written comments at any time before or after the listening sessions online. For toolkits that include resources on writing emails or letters to elected officials and policymakers, visit Raising Wisconsin’s Advocacy Tools & Resources website page.
