The “60% Draft” of the East Boulder Subcommunity Plan outlines key recommendations to add housing, transform and improve East Boulder industrial neighborhoods and add new mobility options. This process includes a detailed vision for the 55^th & Arapahoe Station Area in advance of significant transit and mobility improvements in the area, outlined here in the Draft Executive Summary of the 55^th & Arapahoe Station Area Plan.
