Vote Early, Don't Delay

We are exactly one week away from the November 3rd, 2020 general election, making now the perfect time to make sure that you have a plan in place to vote. While it is perfectly fine to plan to vote on Election Day, voting early helps to prevent an election day surprise (i.e. sick kids, bad weather, car troubles) from keeping you from the polls.

If you are planning to vote early, in-person, here are the hours for early voting and each County’s early-vote location. Lines this past weekend were long throughout the state, and while they moved quickly, LMM recommends when possible, choosing an “off-time” (i.e. mid-day during the week) to vote.  If you have your vote-by-mail ballot, it is recommended that you drop off your completed ballot at a ballot box at your local Board of Elections. The deadline to drop off a completed vote-by-mail ballot is November 3rd at 7:30 p.m. You can also mail in your completed ballot but it must be postmarked by November 2nd. Please be sure to use two stamps!  Lastly please note that if you requested an absentee ballot, you can choose instead to vote early-in person.
