ATLANTA --
On the day set aside for mourning and honoring those who died serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, Advocacy America is releasing a
Synopsis
derived from public information provided by the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship.
The synopsis focuses on the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic and stimulus efforts on U.S. small businesses, utilizing the Committee's March 12th hearing, the Senate Congressional Record of May 5th, and numerous Committee leadership media releases and published interviews.
Advocacy America will be requesting additional data and feedback to its synopsis from the Committee leadership and key Committee staff members, along with the leadership/staff of the U.S. Congress Joint Economic Committee.
Hosting roundtable presentations across rural, suburban and urban communities, Advocacy America will impact what it calls the "data relationships divide" to bring small business stakeholders critical information -- and to ensure their data gets included.
A reliable
Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
is what's been missing, and what Advocacy America is prepared to bring forward, according to President Carrie L. Williams.
"It is fitting that Advocacy America is delivering this synopsis on Memorial Day 2020," asserts Williams.
"It not only points to the impetus that had the U.S. Congress Joint Economic Committee and Council of Economic Advisors to the President come into being -- the return of U.S. military personnel from World War II -- but it also points to another critical tipping point in our nation's economy.
"Particularly for America's small businesses.
“Without the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy that Advocacy America is utilizing to define and manage the
Stimulus Recovery Initiative
, many small business stakeholders will continue to be at a disadvantage in receiving critical information and data -- and will be further challenged to have their specific data included in the current decision-making process of governance.
"It is our sincere intention at Advocacy America that we will develop as far-reaching a vision as the 360 degree vision on Georgia's Brasstown Bald for our work on the
Stimulus Recovery Initiative
.”
