BEEBE HEALTHCARE

A NEW STANDARD FOR PROVIDER LEADERSHIP

Determined to strengthen provider leadership and build a more engaged, effective medical staff, the organization took a deliberate step forward with the launch of its Provider Leadership Academy in 2015.

For community-based systems like Beebe Healthcare, success depends on operating as a highly reliable organization, one in which safety, quality, and continuous improvement are driven by those closest to the work. Advocacy doesn’t always begin with politics or lobbying. Often, it starts with relationships, participation, and simply sharing your real-world experiences. As Small Business Month comes to a close, Kelly sat down with Joseph Giordano of Whisman Giordano & Associates, Jake Ruddy of PCS, and Evan Park of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce to discuss why it’s important for small businesses to connect with local lawmakers, how policy decisions affect day-to-day operations, and why firsthand business perspectives help shape better outcomes for Delaware.

NONPROFIT IMPACTS BY FOCUS AREA
