Please be advised, Aegis General Insurance Agency is exiting multiple programs currently being written through various Homesite Group Inc. underwriting companies. The affected products in specific states are as follows:
- Manufactured Home – CO, KY, LA, MS, NJ, SD
- Affordable Homeowners – All states
- Dwelling Basic – CO, KY, LA, MS, NC, NJ, OK
- Dwelling Special – All states
To facilitate this withdrawal, we have imposed a new business moratorium effective 9/15/2023 for all programs outlined above that currently remain open for new business. Additionally, we will begin non-renewing the impacted books in accordance with state-specific notification requirements, as appropriate.
