Last Chance to Use Your Free CE Credit for 2022!
Members who paid their 2022 dues on time each received a credit for a free CE class through NHMR to be used in 2022. If you haven't redeemed it yet, you can use it towards the 12/8 Ethics class and meet your requirement for the new Code of Ethics compliance cycle that runs from Jan. 1 2022 - Dec. 31 2024. All Realtors must take Code of Ethics during that timeframe. Free Credit can be redeemed at registration.

2023 Association Dues Deadline is January 31, 2023
Reminder: 2023 annual Association Dues are due by January 31, 2023. All NHMR Members were sent an email notification that their 2023 Dues Invoice has been posted to their Member portal account on NHMRealtors.com. (Dues bills will NOT be mailed).
All Members who pay their bill on time will receive a credit for a free CE class through NHMR in 2023.

Prevent Homelessness this Holiday Season
NHMR is participating in the CT REALTORS® Foundation 7th annual Be Homeful for the Holidays campaign to help end family homelessness in CT. Your generous gift helps prevent families from becoming homeless by providing emergency assistance to help them stay in their home and not have to enter the shelter system. AND, for every $25 donated, the CT REALTORS® Care Foundation will gift a plush Paddington bear to a child living in a shelter for the holidays.
