The Grand Opening of Windsor Pointe
|
Windsor Pointe offers 50 affordable homes in Carlsbad, targeted towards Veterans and their families. The new community is split between two scattered sites, just blocks from each other. A portion of the new homes are set aside as No Place Like Home apartments providing Supportive Housing for formerly unhoused San Diegans with Severe Mental Illness. Dignitaries in attendance included Carlsbad Mayor Matt Hall, Carlsbad City Council Members Priya Bhat-Patel and Teresa Acosta and County of San Diego, Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer’s office.

The Grand Opening of Vela
|
Vela offers 87 affordable homes serving individuals and families of San Jose and the County of Santa Clara. 14 homes are reserved through the County’s Rapid Rehousing Program and 29 homes are reserved for Supportive Housing for formerly unhoused Californians. Dignitaries in attendance included, San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo, Santa Clara County Supervisor Cindy Chavez, San Jose Councilmember Magdalena Carrasco and San Jose Councilmember-elect Peter Ortiz.

Affirmed Recognized as a Senior Housing Influencer
|
|
Affirmed was chosen as a 2022 Senior Housing Influencer by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. For this series, GlobeSt. collected nominations and selected top professionals within the senior housing real estate development field.
