Affirmed Housing Appoints New President
Jimmy Silverwood named President of Affirmed Housing
SAN DIEGO, Calif.; May 5, 2022: Affirmed Housing, a leading provider of affordable housing throughout California, announces the appointment of Jimmy Silverwood as President, effective June 1. Elevating from his role as Executive Vice President, Jimmy succeeds James “Jim” Silverwood, who retains his role as Chief Executive Officer. The transition supports the company’s plans for continued growth and commitment to delivering housing and care to the state’s vulnerable populations.

Join us to support our low income youth with backpacks and supplies as they go back to school. Many of the low-income children we support are unable to afford the supplies needed for back to school and are left to start the school year on the “wrong foot”. It’s no wonder this particular demographic tends to fail in the education system. You can do something about this though, you can be that support! Join us in our effort to help these little kids so when they are told that “it’s time for school” they will be optimistic, hopeful, and confident.

Compass FAH is a 501C3 not for profit organization. Operating since 2019, Compass offers support to those of low income residing in affordable housing. Our mission is to share educational information with a wide-spread, diverse group of individuals who lack access to pertinent information in order to aid in their ability to achieve success. Compass is the connection between individuals and pertinent social information. Through awareness and empowerment, Compass provides a direction.
