Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Week of Action - June 14 - June 22, 2023

Online for All, a national campaign launched through a partnership between U.S. Department of Education and Civic Nation, is celebrating a Week of Action to create awareness about the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and to help ensure that eligible households can access more affordable broadband needed for work, school, healthcare and more. The ACP Week of Action takes place from June 14- June 22, 2023.

If you have not signed up for ACP and want to learn more about how you can save on the monthly cost of broadband or to check your eligibility and enroll in the program with a participating provider, visit www.GetInternet.gov.

Have you heard about the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Bridge Program?

The Broadband Accessibility and Affordability Office (BAAO) launched the ACP Bridge Program to increase broadband savings for eligible households and promote digital inclusion throughout the county. Broadband is an essential part of our daily lives. We want to make affording monthly broadband costs easier.

Albemarle County is providing up to an additional $20 per month for Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) beneficiaries in the County. If you have already signed up for ACP and still have monthly charges after the benefit, consider applying by clicking on the flyer below to learn about the ACP Bridge Program.
