Sharon Turner is a Senior Manager of Development Equity in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) arena specializing in risk mitigation, permanent loan closings, post-underwriting changes, and relationship building. She is passionate about building stronger communities by expanding access to sustainable, affordable housing and supports her employer’s (Enterprise Community Partners) mission to make home and community places of pride, power, and belonging.
