A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, January 3rd, 2024, after which this waiting list may be closed. During the final application phase, applicants who live or work in Hunterdon, Middlesex, and Somerset counties, will be given a preference pursuant to state regulations and local ordinance. Located in the Township of Franklin Lakes, Bergen County, New Jersey, Colonial Pointe features 18 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom rental apartments for income-qualified households. This is an existing property and will only be filling units upon availability. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 p.m. on December 21th, 2023. Subsequent to the deadline, applications will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis as long as the waiting list remains open. Applicants already on the waiting list from the first random selection will be given priority. There will be a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, and Sussex Counties.

A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, December 19th, 2023, after which this waiting list will be closed. Preference will be given to households that live in Jersey City.
