Apartment Rent is $800 per month.
Required At Signing: First Month's Rent + Security Deposit of $1,600
Qualifications to Rent: The apartment is designated for an applicant with a household income of 50% of Area Median Income or less (see table, below). To qualify for this unit, your household income cannot exceed this level and you must also have sufficient income to afford the rent on the apartment (see Minimum Income, below). Other qualifications apply. All applicants are subject to credit and background check.
Maximum Household Income:
For Household Size of 1 - $40,000 per year
For Household Size of 2 - $45,700 per year
Minimum Income Required: $27,000 per year
Tenant Pays:
Electricity (includes for Heat, A/C, Hot Water, Cooking, Lighting)
Internet/Cable (Optional at Tenant's expense)
Included with Rent:
Trash via Common Dumpster
Cold Water
Parking
Snow Clearing/Grounds Maintenance
Please note that this apartment does not have:
Dishwasher or On-site laundry
No Smoking Allowed.
