Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
Malachi 3:16-18 AMP
Then those who feared the Lord [with awe-filled reverence] spoke to one another; and the Lord paid attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who fear the Lord [with an attitude of reverence and respect] and who esteem His name. “They will be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “on that day when I publicly recognize them and openly declare them to be My own possession [that is, My very special treasure]. And I will have compassion on them and spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.” Then you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between the one who serves God and the one who does not serve Him.
This scripture above tells us, that when we share amongst each other and talking about the Goodness of God, that He hears us, and takes notice of it..!!
So let us put this scripture in action, and let's praise God for His Goodness and Mercy and Provision in the midst of a lot of hurt and pain and suffering in the DRC...
As you probably know by now, that 2 areas in the DRC (Congo) region - Bukavu & Goma - are facing so much hurt and pain with people being displaced from their homes all over, all depending on what the rebels feel like on any particular day. Life is so uncertain, and people live in constant fear, not knowing if they will make it through the night, and see another day.
But this week-end, some hope was restored to about 40 families in Bukavu, through donations received into NDR that was sent through to Ps Armstrong, and which he then wisely used to bless some families in his church with 5kg of Maize Flower and also a blanket each to keep them warm during the cold nights on the streets...
Here follows the feedback from Ps Armstrong received this week:
We thank you very much for assisting families with foods and blankets
It is a great joy for us to assist vulnerable people victims of the war. Many delegates of 40 families came for assistance, and every delegate has received 5 kg of maize and one blanket
The pastor from Mwenga also received some help, and he did small assistance as well to victims, but their lives are very critical in the bush - they built small houses with tents
Thank you, Pastor Susan and Pastor Jeffrey, and the Donors who made the contributions for the help we've received.
We are feeling that we are not alone during this tough time. You stand with us and wipe tears of many families

Please keep Ps Armstrong and his church members in Bukavu in your prayers - that may God protect them from harm, and keep them safe in the midst of all the chaos they see and even experience every day. And may God provide much more finances and aid, so we can bring more hope through Ps Armstrong, to even more families and victims real soon - and in so doing restoring the Hope that God has not forgotten them - but that their lives also matter to Him !
