Cultural Fair

As you all know, the City of Taunton's Black History Month celebration in February was postponed due to bad weather. They then decided to shift the event to a Juneteenth celebration. However, our City has so many events scheduled for the month of June that it was difficult to find a date that wouldn't conflict with other big events.

After much consideration, the City of Taunton has decided to partner up with the Taunton Diversity Network and support their Cultural Fair scheduled for June 25th from 12:00pm-4:00pm at the Weir Riverfront Park. The entertainment originally scheduled for the February event will now be featured at the Cultural Fair instead.

The City of Taunton encourages all of our community partners to join this endeavor and help celebrate at the Cultural Fair. If you would like to participate in the Cultural Fair, please reach out to the Taunton Diversity Network for their guidelines on participation.
