Audi Customer Experience ILT (718104): The Audi Customer Experience course will look at the critical fundamentals of Customer Service, including establishing relationships, anticipating your Customer’s Expectations and exceeding them, and selling from a position of trust.
Effective Service Consulting ILT (710342): Today's premium Audi customer demands an experience that is tailored to their needs and expectations. Through the lens of the Service Core Process, you will examine your customer's expectations and emotions at each step, and practice delivering a Customer-Centric service experience. Feedback from your facilitator and peers will help you hone your skills in the areas of making an appointment, interactive check-in, effective vehicle service, and memorable active delivery/follow up. This course makes heavy use of skills practice, leveraging scenarios from past Audi Twin Cup competitions.
Audi Effective Selling Skills for Parts and Service ILT (710222): This 1 day (or 2 session virtual) course is a deep dive into the “Sales” function of the After Sales team. It is designed to show Service and Parts Consultants how they can increase sales by establishing relationships, building trust, and using effective consultative and closing sales techniques that result in the creation of Audi fans. This Instructor-led training gives Consultants the opportunity to practice innovative selling skills that will increase their confidence and expertise in selling parts and service at the dealership.
Effective Communications ILT (710122): Effective Communication is the foundation of both an excellent customer experience and improved selling skills. This course is designed to show you how to:
- Communicate with more clarity to improve outcomes
- Practice hospitality and empathy to develop relationships and create Audi fans
- Expand your influence as you interact with customers and colleagues
EV After Sales Experience VT (710522): The Audi EV After Sales Experience is a new, Expert Level / Specialty Path course designed to explore what it takes to meet the evolving needs of EV owners at your store. By applying the proven Service Core Process, you will take a journey through the service and parts experience as seen by your customers. Identify their needs, understand their expectations, and apply what you learn to your own dealership environment.

Audi Ownership Experience Insights Series (718151M1-M4): The current 4 plus 1 WBT series provides a concise overview of the service experience. Each course provides a process overview, establishes the customer's expectations, and then defines the process. The Service Core Process Insight courses build from the existing content with a stronger connection to how the learner can deliver a customer-centric experience.
NEW! Audi EV Ownership Insights (718152M1-M2): In this two-part training, learners will dive into the e-tron ownership journey; learn more about EV maintenance needs, and the e-tron driver’s expectations. **This course is a pre-requisite for the EV After Sales Experience, Virtual Training.
