AURI, with support from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, is offering free Food Safety Assessments for eligible Minnesota food manufacturers. Participants receive a one-day professional evaluation and a written action plan covering sanitation, allergens, traceability, and more. This unique opportunity is limited to 25 businesses, so don’t wait to apply.

MBOLD launches 'Protein Catalyst' to drive innovation

AURI is proud to partner with MBOLD and a coalition of leading food and agriculture companies on the new Protein Catalyst initiative. The program will foster collaboration in pre-competitive research, start-up mentorship and industry networking to advance sustainable animal and plant protein solutions.
