AgInjuryNews.org now includes 6,101 reports covering 5,192 agriculture/ fishing/forestry injury incidents across the U.S. and Canada from 2016 to present.
You can search by keyword or refine results with filters for operation type, date, country/region, injury agent, incident location, severity, victim demographics (sex, age), number of victims, and more.
The database goes beyond media coverage, incorporating obituaries, coroner and law-enforcement reports, personal interviews, and social media posts for a fuller picture of each event. The Agricultural Safety and Health Council of America (ASHCA) is pleased to announce the 2025 North American Agricultural Safety Summit, October 20–22, 2025, at Holiday Inn San Antonio-Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. In this fast-paced, 1.5 day meeting, you will have the opportunity to learn from agricultural producers, and researchers about proven safety strategies that result in savings and improved employee morale.
ASHCA is a coalition of organizations, businesses, federal agencies, and safety professionals, all seeking to improve the health and safety of farmers, ranchers, and agricultural workers.

The International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (IJERPH) is accepting submissions for a Special Issue titled “Public Health: Rural Health Services Research—2nd Edition.”
This issue will highlight innovations and research addressing the persistent health disparities faced by regional, rural, and remote communities. These populations often experience limited access to care, workforce shortages, and poorer health outcomes compared to urban counterparts.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Design, delivery, and evaluation of rural and remote health services
- Health workforce development, training, and retention
- Integrated healthcare models and telehealth
- Technological innovations in healthcare
- Environmental and public health
- Capacity building and community-based approaches
- Health policy and universal health coverage
- Indigenous and First Nations health
- Care for marginalized or disadvantaged populations
This multidisciplinary Special Issue encourages collaboration between clinicians, public health professionals, and researchers to address critical environmental and public health challenges.
