AgNext partnered with the Soil Carbon Solution Center and the Irrigation Innovation Consortium to host a tailgate for the Border War Football Game on Saturday, November 12th.


This was an excellent opportunity to connect with other agriculture professionals and celebrate the rich history that exists between Colorado State and the University of Wyoming.

On October 27th, we met with our Industry Innovation Group. During this meeting, we introduced new staff, discussed AgNext’s accomplishments, and set goals for the future. We value the input we receive from our IIG, and are already working on getting their feedback implemented into our strategic plan!

Survey: Mitigating Heat Stress in Feedyards

Participants needed!

The Certified Angus Beef, the Angus Foundation, Kansas State University and Colorado State University are working together to finding solutions for mitigating heat stress in feedyards.


If you are a feedyard operator, veterinarian, nutritionist, or directly involved in the cattle feeding industry, please complete this brief 20-minute survey. Your feedback will help identify base efforts for future research and the development of improved tools for feedyards to manage heat stress. 


Responses must be submitted before December 1st.
