Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security strategy that allows you to present two pieces of evidence or two factors when logging-in to an account.
Available Mid-December, your organization will need to contact support to have your OnlineAccess updated to enable MFA settings.
Organizations will have the following security options:
- Text or Email authentication
- Capability of limiting size, uppercase, and special character options
- Ability to expire passwords
- Reset password option will change to send a link to reset, rather than the actual user name & password
