Jayln Mettlen

Client Services Representative

"I graduated from Fort Hays State University in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Social Work. I paid for my degree by working at grain elevators and I loved learning more about the ag industry and connecting with the ag community. After working a few months as a Case Manager in foster care following graduation, I found myself missing the ag community and I interviewed for my current position in Client Services. My favorite thing about this position so far is connecting with colleagues and learning something new every day."

Danielle Brown

Client Services Representative

"I have worked in agriculture for over 18 years: starting out as a Research Assistant at the Ohio Agriculture research development center; I then moved on as a Customer Service Representative in animal health pharmaceuticals followed by an Office Manager at an agronomy company. Having worked for a company that operated on AgTrax Software paired with my career experience, I am excited to assist the people who are the backbones of their local ag communities, by helping them get the reliable and accurate information for both their operations and their customers."

"I would have never thought that an answer to a prayer would be found on Facebook, or that a Data Specialist position even existed. Every work colleague from the past 30 years whom I’ve told about this position have said “it sounds perfect for you”. Data, data and more data. Building reports and “data tasks” have always been intermingled with CFO, IT or other management duties. Now it can be my main focus and for that I’m thankful.  With farming and ranching roots in Western Kansas, I am proud to be working in the agriculture industry - the backbone of America!"
