Worship Services will continue to be streamed live

We are not sure what the future holds for large group gatherings, but our priority remains keeping our community safe. We have a significant number of folks in our community that are considered "high risk" for COVID-19. For now, we will continue with live streaming our worship services reviewing our status every two weeks. We will keep you updated regarding the re-opening of the Agape' Campus. Again, our main goal is to provide a safe worship environment for all who gather and we take this responsibility seriously. We love you all and miss you so very much. You remain in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.

If you need anything please reach out to us. You can email the BOD and/or Pastoral staff at agapemccchurch@gmail.com. The church email box is being monitored by our BOD and we will respond as quickly as possible.

We worship gatherings are suspended until further notice ; your health and safety are important to us as we navigate COVID-19 as a community. Please join us via Facebook Live for Sunday worship services beginning at 10:30AM. Just go to the Agape' Facebook page and click on the live feed when it pops up or you can go to our website and click on the Facebook Live button. Facebook Live is interactive so feel free to post comments while we worship online together.

We invite you to celebrate Communion with us during the service by using your own "unique elements" as a symbol of our common union even with our social distance. You can use tea with toast, bread with grapes , crackers with juice or even coffee with donuts....it is up to you.

Please remember to support our faith community financially as you are able either via Zelle or Simple Give. Our expenses will decrease but not completely go away. Thank you in advance for your faithfulness, your gifts are greatly appreciated.

As a final reminder , even though we will not gather physically together for awhile, we are deeply and spiritually connected to each other. Stay in contact with each other, continue to support each other as you always have and hold each other close in prayer.
A note from Rev. David...

Greetings Prayer Warriors! I've been in contact with Rev. Gina Purcell, who is a Chaplain at Texas Health Resources HEB Hospital and still calls Agape' MCC her home. They are inviting churches to pray for their staff and patients for one hour, one day a week. I signed Agape' up for Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please set an alarm in your phone to pray for them during that hour! May the healing presence of love and connection surround us all!
We are hosting our mid-week social online this coming Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 6:30PM.

Last week a "hat theme" morphed on it's own during our virtual gathering so we decided this week's theme should be:
SUNGLASSES and [Root]BEER.
See you online!!

You can view the event on the Agape' Facebook page .
Click here to join our Zoom Meet Up on Wednesday.
Enter the meeting using ID: 822-357-550
You can join us using any smart phone device, tablet or computer with webcam and headset/mic.

If you have access, please download the Zoom app on your smart device. Open the app and enter the meeting number to join the fun. This is a great chance to see and interact with our Wednesday night crew. We believe laughter is good for the soul and we provide lots of laughter.

All Psychic Class Offerings with Jayme O'Donnell have been cancelled. Jayme will notify us when classes are to resume.
Blessed God, Father-Mother of kindness and mercy, I come to you in prayer asking you to pour out your blessings on the brothers and sisters who are elders of MCC.

May your wonderful grace flow from your kind heart in abundance upon the shepherds of your sheep, in such a way that your’s and our purpose may be one.

May the sweet whispers of your love be the music of our mornings, the song of our afternoons and the symphony of our nights. Amen.

Please be patient with us as we continue our efforts to improve our online streaming capabilities. If you have logged on early to our Facebook Live Stream on Sunday mornings, there have been reports of folks getting knocked off when we start the service. If this happens, please go to our Agape' Facebook page and rejoin our streaming service by clicking on the Live button.
Streaming Worship - May 03, 2020
4th Sunday after Easter

Join us at 10:30AM virtually for a service that includes more of your favorite songs with a "Heart's Overflowing" message" from Rev. David. Be sure to have your "unique communion elements" on hand for our "Common Union" time, a candle and a heart/worry stone that can be decorated.

We encourage you to take a selfie during our worship time and post it on Facebook showing us a snapshot of what your worship experience looks like.

BTW, the issues we had during last Sunday's video stream have been resolved. Thank you to everyone who hung in there with us!

We are the church!
