“Let’s Get Real”
Rev. David Wynn

“Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.” Oscar Wilde

Why is it sometimes so hard to be ourselves and what price do we pay for hiding? Yes, there are probably hundreds of answers to those questions. So, in a world where we are encouraged to be whom everyone else wants us to be…how do we find ourselves? Why do we hide? How much of our exhaustion comes from not sharing our truth? These and other questions will be posed on Sunday and immediately answered to illuminate your path…riiiiiiight…see you Sunday!
The new Agape' MCC website is here!

Our new website is launched and it meets all the current standards for smart phone, tablet and computer access. We are so excited to finally have this project completed and rolled out to the larger social community.

A special thanks to Cassy Batts, Tonya Reed, Judy Hudson, Rev. David and Leigh Wolfer for pitching in to help move this project across the finish line.

Tickets are $10. Drawing will be held in November.

Dear father/mother God,

I pray that we, as a wholly and majestic people know that we have an obligation to practice peace to have peace, to extend love to receive love and to know God to express an example of what God wills for us. I know, as we move through turbulent times, it is up to us to demonstrate, daily, the lessons of love and kindness that Christ has taught. It is our birthright to be included in his Commonwealth, and to continue to spread the love of the gospel to all of God’s people. I pray that all those who need healing can find power and strength in surrendering to the miracle of wholeness that has never been lost in the spirit, and to realign and find balance in our creation. I am always comforted by this prayer. May your light surround us, your love enfold us, your power protects us, your presence watches over us. I know that wherever we are, you are, and all is well. Amen
