Meditation is a nice way to discover mindfulness.
Enjoy these meditation videos.
You are encouraged to find what works for you. You may discover you like to practice meditation in the morning, during your daily walk, on your lunch break or before bedtime. Feel free to search and download apps that are available such as Headspace, Breathe ball or Calm. There is no wrong way to meditate.

Loving God,
We come to you today from all over the world.
We come from so many different lived experiences.
Thank you for your great love for each of us.
Thank you for your bountiful blessings.
Even in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, you are with us.
In the midst of adjusting to a new normal, you are with us.

Thank you for your great wisdom – may it guide our decisions.
Thank you for your healing power – may it uphold us.
Thank you for your loving presence – may it comfort us.

May we know, right now, that we are not alone.
You are our Rock, our Refuge, and the One who lifts our head.
May we continue to look to you, today, and all the days that follow,
Giving us strength for today, and bright hope for tomorrow.
Amen.
