Re: Changes to Agent's Website Login

Dear Agents:

As part of Farmers Mutual of Nebraska’s continued commitment to providing a safe and secure environment when using our websites, we’re changing the way you log into our Agent’s Website. On Monday, August 14, you’ll see a new Login page when visiting the Agent’s Website.

This will affect you in two ways. First, you’ll use your email address instead of username when logging in. Second, and most importantly, you’ll be required to reset your password the first time you login as of August 14. To reset your password, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the Login page. You’ll be asked to enter your email address for your account. The email address you provide should be the same email address associated with your existing Agent’s Website account. Next, you’ll be prompted to verify that email address with a 6-digit code sent to the email address you provided. Once you have verified your email address, you’ll be able to set your new password. 

After successfully creating a new password, you’ll be brought back to the Login page where you’ll be able to log in using your email address and new password. 

If you use an Agency Management System to call Real Time Inquiry, you’ll need to use your Agent’s Website email address instead of your username as of August 14. The password used to call Real Time Inquiry will not be changed, so please continue to use the existing Real Time Inquiry password. 

If you don’t remember which email address is currently associated with your Agent’s Website account, we recommend you log in to the Agent’s Website prior to August 14 to find it, as this email must be used to log in starting August 14. To locate, go to My Account and take note of the email address entered there.
