After successfully creating a new password, you’ll be brought back to the Login page where you’ll be able to log in using your email address and new password.
If you use an Agency Management System to call Real Time Inquiry, you’ll need to use your Agent’s Website email address instead of your username as of August 14. The password used to call Real Time Inquiry will not be changed, so please continue to use the existing Real Time Inquiry password.
If you don’t remember which email address is currently associated with your Agent’s Website account, we recommend you log in to the Agent’s Website prior to August 14 to find it, as this email must be used to log in starting August 14. To locate, go to My Account and take note of the email address entered there.
