Happy New Year!

Quarterly Service Report for the months of October, November and December is due by 1/31/26. The reason we do this report and ask for these numbers is to provide an accurate number of visits to our grants team so they can use it for food purchasing grants for specific areas of the state. Fill out the QSR below.

Partner Agency Network Call

Join us on January 22nd at 1pm for a chat with leadership at the NH Food Bank that will include a reflection of our 2024 impact, some updates from the staff and an introduction of what 2026 will bring. We'll be chatting about 2024 pounds distributed, Vivery (a food mapping tool) and more! We hope you can attend.

Additional Drops for Delivery Agencies

Beginning in January 2026, we will have drop sites around the state where we will be bringing additional items for agencies to come stock up. These deliveries will be on Wednesdays and will be focused on areas of the state that are too far to feasibly drive to either of our warehouse locations.

The sites will rotate every other month to allow us to continue our public mobile food pantries and monthly deliveries, as well. The sites will be located in Cheshire County, Sullivan County, Grafton County and Carroll County and all agencies located over 50 miles from the NH Food Bank, with the exception of Coos County (because the North Country warehouse), will be eligible to opt in for these deliveries. There will be no delivery charge for these additional drops!

Free Reducing Food Waste Webinar

The NH Lions Clubs are hosting a free webinar presented by NH Recycles on Saturday, January 10th for anyone that would like to attend.

They will be talking about how we can reduce food waste, save money and make a difference.

Those who attend can also enter a drawing for a $100 Market Basket Gift Card!

Feel free to pass this along to any clients that may also be interested in attending.

Food Map Upgrades!

In February 2026, we have some big plans to enhance our neighbor experience using a tool called Vivery. We will be updating our Food Map on our website to include more searchable information which will finally be able to include hours and days of operation, additional services and more!

Join us on January 22nd for our Partner Agency Network Call to see the features and learn how this will impact your agency!

Annual Handbook Signature

For 2026, we will be requiring all Partner Agencies to sign the 2026 Partner Agency Handbook. This will have some updated sections and some clarification on certain topics. We will not be requiring any other documents during this annual signature but we will be asking for some contact information and program information so we can make sure we're up to date.

Safety in the Warehouse

As part of our commitment to keeping everyone safe in our building, there will be some changes coming for our warehouse that will impact tour groups, staff and partner agencies.

Beginning in January, all agency shoppers inside the warehouse will be required to wear reflective vests to utilize the shopping area. There will be vests available right inside the agency door and can be returned after shopping is complete.

Thank you for your cooperation in making sure that everyone stays safe!
