Thank you, Granite State Credit Union, for your support and giving our neighbors experiencing food insecurity the opportunity to celebrate life’s special occasions.

Simple Strategies to Prevent Burn Out:

Identify your support system

Having a support system is essential for preventing burn out. Often when people become overwhelmed, they naturally want to isolate, but reaching out to your support system will prevent that from happening. Talking to people you trust can ease your frustration and help you gain new perspectives on situations. These individuals will often give you practical advice and sometimes even offer to help take some of the tasks off your plate. Who is on your support system speed dial? Call them up and set up a lunch date!
