MONTHLY REPORTS ARE DUE
Partners,  the end of the month is here which means it is time to submit your monthly reports.  Monthly reports are due on the first of each month and are to reflect the totals for the prior month.  Failure to submit January reports by the 5th of the month will result in your agency being placed on a hold status.  While on HOLD status an agency cannot Shop or receive delivery until the report has been submitted.

Please visit the SMFBA Partner Agency webpage at www.firstfoodbank.org/agencies, scroll down to monthly reports, pick the appropriate report, enter totals and submit.  SMFBA only accepts monthly reports that are emailed or faxed from CSFB & TEFAP Agency partners.

While this may be new to your agency, it is a monthly requirement moving forward.  We do not need client names or information just totals.

If you conduct a pantry distribution, Mobile Pantry and/or School pantry distribution than you will report:
  • # of households served
  • # individuals in those households
  • # of unduplicated clients
  • # of children under 18
  • # of children under 5
  • Approximate lbs received from sources other than SMFBA
  • Go to http://www.firstfoodbank.org/agencies/monthlyreports , Choose the appropriate monthly report and submit

If you are a meal site and/or snack program than you will report:

Pantries may want to visit the Resource section of the Partner Agency webpage at www.firstfoodbank.org/agencies for the updated client sign-in sheet to help you with your counts.  That form is called: Client-Distribution Sign-In Sheet

SHOPPING UPDATES - Important New Policy Change
SMFBA Shopping has implemented a new policy which may affect your agency!  SMFBA is doing outreach which means many new Partner Agencies are coming onboard each month. To better accommodate all agencies, SMFBA will remove from the Shopping Appointment schedule,  any Partner Agency that has not shopped within a three month period.  Agencies removed from the Shopping schedule will have to contact Shopping to reschedule and will not be guaranteed their current day/time if it is no longer available.
