Due to the fact that banks are operating with skeleton staffing levels, some Agents have reported having had issues with holds being placed on checks that would not be held under ordinary circumstances. As always, but especially during this time, it is imperative that you carefully verify that funds have cleared before disbursement of funds, particularly so that your office does not experience an overdraft on your IOLTA account.
