The Connecticut Association of Realtors® has sent out an update to its members concerning various guidance and directives that address the COVID-19 situation. The information includes directives from the CDC about non-essential travel, guidance related to Realtors and unemployment protection assistance, FEMA’s grace period extension for flood insurance renewals, and The National Association of Realtors “Right Tools, Right Now” site which lists free and discounted programs.
