LAND COURT INTERIM PROCEDURE FOR REMOTE PROCESSING OF SUBSEQUENT CASES AND CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS
The Land Court has announced that its Title Examiners will process Subsequent cases as well as condominium master deeds and amendments to condominium master deeds that constitute an
emergency
via electronic mail on an
interim procedure
until further notice. Please review the

carefully as it outlines procedures for various situations. This process is subject to change, revision or suspension by the Court.
