SBA Issues Loan Forgiveness Applications
for the Paycheck Protection Program
The Small Business Administration, in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, has posted a revised loan forgiveness application for use in the Paycheck Protection Program.
The SBA has also issued a new “EZ” version of the application, which may be used if the borrower meets the standards set forth. According to the SBA announcement, the EZ version requires fewer calculations and less documentation for eligible borrowers.
