We're enjoying the summer season, but exciting September changes are coming soon!

September 1, 2023 - Rebrand: As previously announced, ATG officially becomes Advocus National Title Insurance Company.

New Name, Same Values, Same Team: Also on September first, NLT operations will be absorbed into the parent company. I offer my personal assurance that we will continue to serve you and support your title agency and real estate business as we always have.

As you know, we reorganized ATG operations earlier in 2023. We now have a larger team of title and closing professionals with better systems in place and new solutions in store for agents. Scroll to view the updated Title and Closing Services information, below.

CHANGING

Website | Our current site, www.nlt-title.com, will end as of August 31, 2023. Visit the bridge website, advocus.com, starting September 1, 2023, to place orders, view wire instructions, and get directions to our locations.

Email Addresses | All email addresses will have the @advocustitle.com domain. (Don't worry, our existing email addresses will forward.)

STAYING THE SAME

Great Service | We will continue to serve you and support your real estate business!

Convenient Office Locations | Look for new signage at all previous NLT and ATG locations this fall 2023.

Wire Instructions | We consolidated bank accounts for real estate closings as part of our overall effort to make our operations more efficient. Direct customers to wire instructions on the ATG-soon-Advocus website. No changes to account numbers, but transactions scheduled on or after September 1, 2023, will be through the new Advocus name.

HOW AGENTS CAN GET READY

Transactions and Policies | Regarding title commitments, policies, closing statements, closing protection letters, wire instructions, and all documentation relating to transactions:

Files opened on or after September 1, 2023 - Will reference our new name, Advocus National Title Insurance Company (Advocus), in all documentation.

Files opened prior to September 1, 2023, but closing after September 1, 2023 - Will reference Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG) in documentation relating to the transaction but will be insured by Advocus (formerly ATG) because the policies will be issued after September 1, 2023.

Brochures and Flyers | Do you use our informative brochures and flyers to help explain the buying/selling process and title insurance to clients? Look for Advocus downloads on our website after September 1, 2023.

Agent of... Window Static for Display | Your Account Executive will send or deliver a new Advocus version in September or October!
