We hope that the start of the year has been promising for you and we just wanted to share our latest good news from the Lower Zambezi.

Anabezi and other operators in Lower Zambezi National Park, in collaboration with Corporate Air and Victoria Hospital, are offering as a service to their guests COVID-19 PCR Testing at Jeki Airstrip/Anabezi Camp on an on-demand basis.

Results will be available within 12 hours by email, and hard copy Government Certificates will be available within 24 hours for collection from the Corporate Air office LUN (KK Intl Airport) 8:30am-4:30pm, 7 days a week. After hours collections will attract a fee of $50.

Pricing is as follows:

$120 per test PLUS prorata share of air charter that will fly in nurse and testing kits ie:

-$500 each for one pax.

-$250 each for two pax.

-$170 each for three pax.

-$125 each for four pax. And so on...

Payable in camp by cash, credit card or Online Transfer.

Furthermore, we are delighted to announce that Anabezi, Amanzi, and Kayila will not be increasing rates until 2023.

Please note:

-Pay stay deals with free flights and private guide are still valid.

-Amanzi is now exclusive for group bookings only. Reservations made before the implementation of this change are still applicable.

-The Lion Camp combo with Anabezi is no longer available, however, they have honored the bookings we still hold.

ZAMBIA ENTRY REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO COVID-19

Travelers arriving in Zambia now require a negative PCR test conducted within 72 hours of arrival (previous requirement of 7 days updated to 72 hours on 16 March 2021). Travelers will need to adhere to recommended Covid-19 prevention measures and monitor themselves daily for 14 days for symptoms of the virus and report any occurrence to the nearest health facility. Tourists without a negative test will not be allowed in the country.

PCR Testing: can be done in Livingstone and Lusaka with 24-48hr turnaround time. Cost is between US$100 and US$150 pp depending on the turnaround times required. In-camp testing now available in the Lower Zambezi, as stated above.
