An Update from the Assistant Headmaster
Dear Families,
I hope you are enjoying time celebrating Christmas together with family and friends! Here are a few notes as we come back to school next week:
·      The second semester begins on Monday, January 6.
·      Copies of Semester 2 schedules for Grades 7-12 will be available in the UAC Commons that morning for students who wish to pick one up. Schedules can also be reviewed by both parents and students on Educate. Requests for schedule changes may be made after school in the Guidance Office, or parents may email one of the school counselors. Written parental permission is required prior to any changes being made, and a $75 schedule change fee applies to most changes.
·   Report cards for first semester will be available to download and print via Educate next week. We are happy to create printed copies of report cards upon request. Please contact the Main Office for Lower School reports cards and the Guidance Office for Upper School. Further details on report cards will come with next week's newsletter.
·       For all families with high school students: The due date for registration to receive Dual-Enrollment credit from the University of Mary for eligible high school courses is Monday, January 6. See below in this newsletter for additional information.
·      The re-enrollment period for current students, to reserve your spot for the 2020-21 school year, will be opening soon! More information will be forthcoming in the next week; Watch for an email from TADS.
·      Current 8th Grade Families: Save the date for the Freshman Placement Test: Saturday, January 11 at 8:00 AM. All current 8th grade students looking to transition to the high school next year must take the exam.
·      We have two very important admissions events coming up, please see below from the Admissions Office for more details. Our most powerful means of advertising and recruitment continues to be word of mouth. If you know someone for whom a Saint Agnes education might be a great fit, please encourage them to come and check us out.
Yours in Christ,
Mr. Karl Hendrickson
Assistant Headmaster
