Kinsman Swimming at State Meet
Joe K. is headed to the MSHSL Boys' State Swim meet in the 200 medley relay!πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸ…πŸ™Œ He will swim at 12:00 PM this Friday at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center. Kudos to our entire swim co-op with St. Anthony and DeLaSalle on taking 3rd in the section this year! Members of this year's team include Kinsman, Devon Selmon, Dominic Adkins, Ethan Bettencourt, and Robert Bushee.  #StateBound #GoAggies

Spring Athletics Registration
Register for Spring Sports by March 1
It’s time to register for spring sports.  Please take note that registration will close March 1  . Teams will be formed based on registrations collected by March 1.  Late registrations will only be accepted if there is still room on one of the teams . Upcoming Events
Open Today! 2020-21 Course Requests (Current Grades 9-11)
The online course request period for next year's students in grades 10-12 (current grades 9-11) is now open on Educate. Information and materials will be distributed to students on Tuesday, February 25. Parents should watch for the printed instructions to come home, as well as an email that includes electronic copies of the materials distributed to students. Please note: Course registration for next year's freshman class (current 8th graders) will take place at the Freshmen Registration Event on Monday, March 2. Registration Deadline for the ACT Exam at Saint Agnes School - Fri., 2/28
Saint Agnes will host the ACT Exam on Saturday, April 4. The ACT is typically taken during the junior year of high school for college entrance. However, students may take the test in earlier grades to build experience and proficiency.  The registration deadline is Friday, February 28 . Saint Agnes Lenten Lecture Series - Fri., 2/28
Please mark your calendars for the  Lenten Lecture Series  beginning Friday, Feb. 28, and continuing on Fridays during Lent. Come for Stations of the Cross at 7:00 PM and stay for the lectures afterwards.
Financial Aid Application Deadline - Sat., 2/29
The deadline for financial aid is fast approaching. Please make sure to have your financial aid application in TADS completed by Saturday, February 29 to be considered for the first wave of tuition agreements sent at the beginning of March. If you have questions or need assistance filling out your application in TADS, please reach out to Joseph Olson in the Admissions Office at 651-925-8803.
Father/Daughter Dance - Sat., 2/29
All Saint Agnes girls in grades 9-12 are invited to attend this annual event with their father, grandfather, godfather, or other male role model on Saturday, February 29, 2020. The event features a variety of music and dances complete with expert instruction, a dessert buffet, and professional photos.

9th Grade Course Registration - Mon., 3/2
All students entering 9th grade for Fall 2020 will register for courses at a special event on Monday, March 2. This is for current 8th graders at Saint Agnes as well as those students coming from other schools. Parents and students will hear an overview of the high school academic program, have the opportunity to review course placements, and make elective requests. The program begins at 6:30 PM in the Helene Houle Auditorium. Please contact Mr. Karl Hendrickson , Assistant Headmaster, or Mr. Joseph Olson , Director of Admissions, with questions.

Girls on the Run: Grades 3-5
Calling all 3rd – 5th grade girls!
Saint Agnes is excited to welcome a Girls on the Run program this spring! Third, fourth, and fifth grade girls are invited to participate!
  1. Our program will meet Mondays and Thursdays from 2:45 PM – 4:15 PM at Saint Agnes School.
  2. For more information about Girls on the Run and to register, please visit: www.gotrtwincities.org.
  3. When registering, select location: Saint Agnes School.
  4. Financial aid and scholarships available if needed!
  5. Season starts March 16th.

Volunteers Wanted: Crossing Guard
We are looking for parent volunteer crossing guards to assist during the morning drop-off from 7:30-8:00 AM. Ideally, volunteers will commit to a specific day or days of the week to assist. If you are interested in volunteering as a crossing guard, please contact Karl Hendrickson .
Lower School Classroom Cleaning Procedures Update
When the 2019-20 School Supply List was published last summer, we communicated that we would be piloting a chemical-free cleaning program in our lower school classrooms (K-6). Based on a recent administrative review, we have ultimately decided to discontinue the program. Our daily procedures in lower school classrooms are being adjusted to return to similar practices to prior years with some important adjustments. If interested, read more here
Print Your Tuition Tax Statements
Print your annual Household Paid Tuition Tax Statement directly from the TADS website! Here are the instructions:
1) Log in at https://secure.TADS.com  
2) Choose "Billing" at the top of the page.
3) Choose "Household Paid Tuition Tax Report" on the right hand side of the page.
4) Select the year you would like to print.
