From the Headmaster
Dear Parents and Families,
As we are ending this current school year, I know that there are many questions about next school year. I would like to share with you today a letter from Bishop Andrew Cozzens, Vicar for Catholic Education, and Dr Jason Slattery, Director of Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. In this letter, they affirm their commitment to reopening Catholic school buildings at the start of the 2020-21 school year. At the recommendation of Catholic Schools Task Force and in partnership with our Catholic schools, the Archdiocese has begun responsible and prudent planning for a safe return to our Catholic school buildings with safety protocols and ongoing monitoring in place. Please see the letter, available in both English and Spanish, for more information.

Please continue to watch for newsletters throughout the coming weeks and months as I will be communicating updates as they arise.

Blessings to your family,

Kevin Ferdinandt
Headmaster

Book Return - Tuesday, June 2
In preparation for Tuesday's drop-off/pick-up, we ask that you:
  • Please place all school owned books and materials in a bag clearly labeled with the student first and last name, and grade.
  • K-6 student labels should also include teacher's name.
We will also be accepting gently used uniform donations in a separate bag labeled "used uniform." We will not be collecting any computer devices at this time.

In order to make this process as efficient as possible, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and follow the flow chart attached .  THIS IS A SLIGHT CHANGE from previous directions. Pick-up and drop-offs will occur alphabetically by last name from 9:00-11:30 AM and 1:00-4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 2. When you reach your designated location, a faculty or staff member will greet you at your vehicle to gather your labeled materials, and bring you any student items collected in classrooms or lockers.

Please call the Main Office if you have questions 651-925-8700.

Highlights from the Week
Senior Awards Program
Last week, we virtually recognized our Senior student award recipients. They have excelled in the classroom and in other aspects of student life during their time at Saint Agnes. Our highest award is the Palm Award, chosen by the faculty and given to one male and one female student who model all that which Saint Agnes hopes for in each of its graduates. Congratulations to Andrew B. and Elizabeth D. as the 2020 recipients! The highest academic honors of Valedictorian and Salutatorian were bestowed upon Sara F. and Emma T. today for their academic achievements. Congratulations to all of those recognized! ✨ #AggieAwardWinners   #AlwaysAnAggie
