Competitive Training

June 1 - June 26
Our training program offered at BTC will have 2 options, a full time training option, and a part time option.

For our full time training program (Monday to Friday):
We will start at 7am and train on court until 9am. At 9am players will exit the court and proceed with the coaches to the field where we can do fitness until 10am (while respecting social distancing).

In the afternoon:
Players will train from 12-1 in the field (off court) to do physical training and warm up with coaches. Then will proceed to the courts to train from 1-3pm on court.

The half day program (Monday to Friday):
For those interested will be just the afternoon portion of the training which will take place
from 12-3pm.

Full training program for 4 weeks (June 1-26) is $2400 +hst

Half day training program for 4 weeks (June 1-26) is $1500 +hst

All players are required to have a BTC Junior Gold Membership ($120 for the entire summer)

Please note that the clubhouse will NOT be available for players to use. Washrooms will be available to use for emergencies. ACE is NOT responsible for students between the time of 10am and 12pm (during their break). Players are welcome to use the grass area under the trees to rest and eat lunch while respecting social distancing measures, or can be picked up and return at 12pm. Players will be required to have in their bag enough water, snacks, and gatorade to get them through the training. In addition to this, players are required to have hats, sunscreen, hand sanitizer (we will also have on site), an umbrella (we are in the process of putting up a tarp in case of rain), towels, and any other equipment and needs. Players will not be able to borrow items from one another so it is imperative they bring everything they will personally need. Water fountains will not be available.

Official registration for the program will be available mid week this coming week, but in the mean time please email Mike Hall at  mikehall@acetennis.ca  to confirm your spot. Space will be limited and on a first come first serve basis.

All on court training will have 1 coach per court. In addition to having a coach per court, ACE is also looking for volunteer parents - as we are interested to have 1 volunteer during all training sessions to assist the coaches in ensuring all safety measures are being followed. If you are available during any of the training times to assist, please contact Mike Hall at  mikehall@acetennis.ca .

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the training environment or the training program, please do not hesitate to email me at  mikehall@acetennis.ca  or you can call me 289-888-2663.
