  • Mailing Schedule-Paper Form
The U.S. Census Bureau will mail a paper questionnaire to people who have not yet completed their Census beginning this Wednesday, April 8 (see the mailing schedule on page 2: HERE )
  • For most people, this is the only time the paper form will be mailed to them. Certain Census tracts received a paper form in the initial mailing that went out March 12. When Census takers are in the community beginning in late May, they will also leave a paper form behind. At any time, people can complete online or by phone.
  • To read more about the paper questionnaire and the envelope it comes in, see HERE
  • Remember that the paper form is only mailed in English or Spanish/English.(The envelope always has English and Spanish.)  For other languages, the Census Bureau provides language guides that can be printed HERE

  • AgeOptions is partnering with Mather Lifeways for their Telephone Topics programs to help reduce social isolation and inform seniors and the community in general. In April, we are offering four Census talks through Telephone Topics. Flyer coming soon.
