What is Air-X anyway?
For one thing, it goes into the diffuser by my bed along with Breathe every night. Personally I like the aroma. It was designed to help cleanse the air. It has a strong smell, yet I am attracted to it. And that is the thing about essential oils, we all react to the aromas differently. One that might be perfect for me, might have you running away from it. One that I know has that effect is Spikenard. I just do not like that one at all. The good thing about almost all essential oils and blends is you can almost always find another one that does almost the same thing.
Can you use Air-X internally? Yes, you can.
What is Air-X oil?
The main ingredients in the Air-X essential oil blend are:
Litsea oil
Tangerine oil
Grapefruit oil
Frankincense oil
Cardamom oil
Why do I pair it with Breathe at night? Cardamom has a high concentration of 1,8-cineole. And that helps promote feelings of clear breathing.
I have been told, I snore when I don't use my night time diffuser. I don't think that's true but why take any chances.
Based upon the high Limonene content of the citrus oils you would expect it to be a good surface cleaner as well, and you would be right.
With the addition of Litsea you may experience a feeling of openness as Litsea is the Oil of Manifestation. For all you New Agers out there, try using Air-X during your meditation.
