Brick Walkway Program

Show your love for the Rodgers Public Library by purchasing an engraved paving brick, which will be installed in the brick walkway in front of the library building main doors. Engrave your brick in your family’s name, honor someone special, memorialize a loved one, commemorate a special library occasion, or use a favorite quote! Adventurers Storytime: Eggs

Introduction to Knitting!

Learn the basics of knitting in this 4-week course! Learn about: 

  • Yarn
  • Needles
  • Gauge
  • Basic knitting stitches (knit, purl)
  • Casting on
  • How to read a pattern

We’ll take you step by step through your first knitting project: A hat!

Borderline Spinners

This is the regularly scheduled meeting of the Borderline Spinners - a group that meets to share their mutual interest in wool spinning and all kinds of yarn-based art projects.


The group normally meets in the Community Room, but might be switched to the Children's Programming Room if a larger event needs the Community Room.

Brewing in New Hampshire

Author Glenn Knoblock explores the fascinating history of New Hampshire's beer and ale brewing industry from Colonial days, when it was home- and tavern-based, to today's modern breweries and brew pubs. Whether you're a beer connoisseur or a "teetotaler," this lecture will be enjoyed by adults of all ages

Genealogy Club

Friday, April 7th @ 1:30pm


Basic steps for starting your family tree will be touched upon, followed by a broad review of the reliable resources specific to French-Canadian research. We’ll cover the use of church records, census records, town and state records, border crossings, draft registrations, newspaper archives and various free and subscription internet sites. DNA testing, in its relation to genealogy, will be briefly touched upon.
