If you are booking a flight to Florida Prep, please provide a copy of your child's itinerary to our Travel Department.

Pick-ups are from Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB).

The designated pick-up date for the First Day of School is

Saturday, August 6th

Key Dates

Dorms open at 12:00PM on Saturday, August 6

Florida Prep Check-In is on Sunday, August 7

First Day of School: Monday, August 8

Fall Break: November 21-25 (Campus Closed)

Winter Break: December 19-January 6 (Campus Closed)

Spring Break: March 13-17 (Campus Closed)

Last Day of School: Thursday, May 25

Unaccompanied Minor

Some airlines consider students ages 14 -16 traveling alone as "unaccompanied minors", and will require additional paperwork and fees to coordinate this service. As a result, there will be an additional fee charged to have an FPA staff member or driver to escort your child. If you require this service for your child, you must arrange it with the Travel Department.
