If you are booking a flight to Florida Prep, please provide the following information:

Copy of your child's itinerary to our Travel Department.
A recent photograph of your child
Phone number of your child (please indicate country code from USA)
A Phone number we can contact you on the day of your child's arrival

Pick-ups are from Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB). You will receive information from the Travel Department regarding the pick-up location within the airport.

Dorms open at 12:00PM on Saturday, August 6

Florida Prep Check-In is on Sunday, August 7

First Day of School: Monday, August 8

Fall Break: November 21-25 (Campus Closed)

Winter Break: December 19-January 6 (Campus Closed)

Spring Break: March 13-17 (Campus Closed)

Last Day of School: Thursday, May 25

The designated pick-up date for the First Day of School is

Saturday, August 6th; flights are to be books from 12:00PM and beyond.

"Unaccompanied Minors"

Some airlines consider students ages 12 -16 traveling alone as "unaccompanied minors", and will require additional paperwork and fees to coordinate this service. As a result, there will also be an additional fee charged to have a Florida Prep staff member, or driver coordinate with the airline and escort your child. If you require this service for your child, you must arrange it with our Travel Department. These students will be met at baggage claim by an Florida Prep driver.

After students have received their luggage from baggage claim, they are to call Florida Prep at (321)723-3211 ext 201. Our driver will pull around to Arrivals and come get you.

If you are in need of transportation outside of our designated dates, please contact our Travel Team at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival/departure flight. No pick-ups prior to August 6.
