As we embark on this new year, we invite you to stay connected as we develop new partnerships and build upon long standing ones. Hopefully, together, our collaboration within the industry, will be a great success.

One of the things we’re most proud of at Airways is the tenure of our staff. Show me a company with low turnover and I’ll show you a strong, healthy company. We currently have fourteen employees that have been with us for more than 30 years, another twenty employees that have at least 20 years of employment and, yet another twenty that have at least 10 years of service at Airways. 

This longevity also extends to our partners, our sales agents that represent us in the field. Two of which just reached milestones themselves.

We are proud to have been able to recently have dinner and fellowship with Scott Beeman and his wife Cindy. This year Scott is celebrating 40 years of association with Airways. Scott has long been an Airways sales agent in Monroe, LA and was introduced to Airways back in late 1984 thanks to his father, Tommy Beeman that ran the local p/u&d in Monroe. That chance introduction has been one of the shining moments in Airways history. Scott has a loyal customer base that looks to him for his expedited expertise and excellent customer service. Scott, Cindy, and their daughter Ainsley have always been much more than partners to us, they’re family. We congratulate Scott on his 40^thanniversary and thank him for his dedication to Airways. 

Another milestone was reached by our agent, Joe Pavone. We recently celebrated Joe’s 30^thanniversary with Airways as a sales agent at our corporate office. Joe came to Airways from the van line industry and originally sold trade show shipping. Through the years Joe has transitioned his business and now represents Airways in the medical industry, providing expedited and sensitive shipping services. Even after 30 years, Joe’s excitement for the business is infectious. He long ago became a friend to us all and has always been a motivator to our ops staff, as well as entertainment to us all on his many visits. We are proud of Joe’s achievements and his dedication to Airways. 

These two are just examples of the great agency network that we have representing Airways on a daily basis. We are humbled by their drive and dedication in helping to make Airways the best! Thanks to all our agents for putting their trust in Airways. May 2025 be your best year ever.

In the Spirit of Giving Back!

Once again, this year, the dedicated employees of Airways Freight Corporation have come together with remarkable generosity, raising over $3,000.00 in contributions, and making a positive impact in our community. These donations all added up to give gifts to the Salvation Army Angel Tree, Children's Hospital, The Children's Safety Center, NWA Children's Shelter, the Backpack program, and Peace at Home. 

Bringing hope and support to those in need, each contribution, whether big or small, has played a vital role in uplifting our local community. We couldn't be prouder of the teamwork and collaboration exhibited by our Airways family. 

Let’s continue this incredible momentum and keep spreading the spirit of giving, as we remain not just a trusted partner in logistics, but also a beacon of hope and support for our neighbors.
