All students in the entire school will be participating in the play this year which will take place on  Tuesday December 4th at 6:30 PM  at the Cardel Theatre.
Please let the office know as soon as possible if your child will not be able to perform in the play.

Message for Parents of Students in Grades 5-8
Students in Grades 5-8 are being given the opportunity to participate in several specialties: Band, Costumes, Drama, Props, Scenery, and Technology. These opportunities are meant to give each child an opportunity to develop and enhance their own unique talents in roles that they choose.
Each of these specialties will involve some preparation during school, but most of the preparation/practice will be outside of school hours. There will be formal practices for drama with Morah Miller on Tuesdays after school from 3:35-4:15 . Students in Drama will be expected to attend every practice unless they are informed otherwise.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to be in touch.

Leighton Art Center Field Trip
On October 24th, 2018 the Kindergarten to Grade 8 students went on a field trip to the Leighton Art Centre. The students worked in three groups with each group working on special art projects. Some of the art projects may be viewed in our showcase by the school office. During the day the students also went on a hike to Echo Hill, viewed the Leighton Art Gallery and enjoyed having lunch near the woods. Everyone had a fantastic day. Thank you parent volunteers, Mrs. Bassin, Mrs. Linetsky, Mrs. Jacobs and our teachers.
Petland Field Trip
Nursery and Pre-K visted Petland in conjunction with our Parsha Unit on Noach! The students enjoyed getting to know how to take care of each animal. What a big job Noach had taking care of all the animals! Thank you to Mrs. Chen for volunteering.
