All proceeds will support the Al Copeland Foundation in bringing a game changing, lifesaving and critically needed immunotherapy trial for Merkel Cell Cancer to the LSUHSC Stanley Scott Cancer Center.

Celebrating a Legacy!
 
 
June 28, 1989, Big Al gave LSU $1 million dollars to establish the Alvin C. Copeland Endowed Chair of Franchasing.  Al believed in giving back to his community, growing our future talent in Louisiana and giving others the opportunity to follow their passion and dreams.   This month we celebrate his legacy, heart and passion as we get closer to making his last wish of ending cancer come true! 
We invite you to celebrate and honor Big Al's legacy, creativity, drive to win and his fabulous taste buds by:

1. Giving a donation to ACF to help save lives and end cancer!

2. Visiting your local Copeland's or Cheesecake Bistro to  enjoy 9 days of special deals honoring Big Al's favorites starting June 28th!  We end the celebration on what we would have to think would be one of Big Al's favorite days of the year... July 6th... National Fried Chicken Day with a great special on, you guessed it, Fried Chicken!    
3. Donating $5 to ACF and get a $10 gift card for your next visit to Copeland's or Cheesecake Bistro during your visit.  

4. Donating $5 to ACF at Copeland's or Cheesecake Bistro and get a cool stuffed Chicken Leg to take home! 

5. Celebrating National Fried Chicken Day with us at Chicken Jam on July 6th!

6.  Sharing all your celebrations of Big Al with ACF on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and tag ACF.
